Terms of Service

AIGenTools is an all-in-one AI platform that brings leading third-party models (from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ByteDance, and others) behind one account and one credit balance. We do not develop the underlying models; the model line-up may change at any time. These Terms cover every AIGenTools surface unless a specific product ships with supplemental terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 16. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Accuracy and security. Provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and tell us immediately about any unauthorized access. You are responsible for every action taken under your account.

One person, one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account used in violation of these Terms, abusively, or fraudulently.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date in account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep paid features until the period already paid for ends; unused days are not pro-rated. If a payment fails, we retry and notify you; paid features may pause. We give at least 14 days' notice before any price change, which applies from your next cycle.

Refunds. You can request a refund by contacting support. Refunds are calculated from actual usage and remaining balance: credits already spent on completed generations are not refunded, failed tasks automatically return credits to your balance, and any remaining paid balance is reviewed based on your account usage. If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a failure on our side, contact us and we will review case by case.

Most AI generations consume credits. The cost per generation varies by model and format and is shown before you confirm a request.

• Subscription credits are delivered monthly and valid for one month; unused credits expire at the end of that monthly credit period.
• Top-up credits, purchased as one-off packs, do not expire while your account remains active.
• Free credits granted to new accounts are valid for one month from account creation.
• Failed or blocked generations return credits to your balance automatically.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds, when approved, are calculated from actual usage and remaining paid balance. Promotional credits may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5.1 Technical rules

You may not: use scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service or bypass its normal flow; reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights, training data, or internals; bypass rate limits, quotas, paywalls, or safety filters; interfere with infrastructure, introduce malware, or conduct denial-of-service activity; resell or operate a competing generation service on top of AIGenTools without a written agreement.

5.2 Content rules

You may not create, upload, or distribute content in the following categories.

Zero tolerance — reported to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors;
• Content depicting or inciting imminent, credible violence against identifiable real people.

Prohibited:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake nudity, or sexualization of real people without clear consent;
• Impersonation of real people to defraud, defame, harass, or politically manipulate;
• Election interference, political disinformation, or fabricated statements attributed to public figures;
• Impersonation of licensed professionals (medical, legal, financial, therapeutic) to give advice;
• Hate speech, harassment, or promotion of terrorism or extremist violence;
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property (copyright, trademark, personality rights);
• Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or any other unlawful activity.

5.3 Enforcement

We run automated safety checks on prompts, uploads, and outputs; blocked generations return credits. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account. For CSAM, credible violent threats, or other serious crimes, we cooperate with law enforcement and may preserve or disclose content as required by law.

Ownership. You own the prompts, uploads, and outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and the underlying model providers' policies.

Usage rights. You own the prompts, uploads, and outputs you generate, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the underlying model providers' policies. Paid plans are designed for higher-volume commercial workflows; you are responsible for making sure your specific use is allowed by the selected model, plan, and applicable law.

License to us. To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you — calling the model, delivering results, maintaining history, and supporting your account.

What we will not do. We will not sell your content, use it to train AIGenTools-owned models, or share it with other users or the public without your action. Requests are processed by the model providers needed to generate your result, under their API data terms.

Deletion. When you delete content or your account, deleted content is removed from the system without a backup copy, except for records we must keep by law.

AIGenTools routes your request to third-party AI models. Outputs vary across runs and models and can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, outdated, or offensive. AI output is not a substitute for qualified professional advice — do not rely on it alone for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Your use of a specific model may also be subject to that model provider's policies. Models may become temporarily unavailable due to provider outages, deprecations, or policy changes; we route to an equivalent model where possible. Third-party websites and integrations (including payment processors) are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

The AIGenTools name, logo, site design, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except to accurately refer to the Service. Nothing here transfers IP to you.

If you believe content on AIGenTools infringes your copyright, send a notice to feedback@aigentools.io describing the work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We review valid notices promptly, remove material where appropriate, and may terminate accounts subject to repeated infringement. Counter-notices go through the same channel.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable. Safety filters reduce — but cannot eliminate — the risk of harmful output.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, these limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIGenTools, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your content; or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time from settings; access to paid features ends immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account, or specific features, if you violate these Terms, if continued use would expose us or other users to risk, or if required by law. Severe violations (including anything under Section 5.2) may be enforced immediately without prior notice. Provisions that should survive by their nature (including any validly granted license in Section 6, Sections 9–10, and this Section) survive termination.

We may update these Terms and will change the date at the top. For material changes, we notify you at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; otherwise, stop using the Service.

Local law. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you; do not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful where you are located.

Entire agreement. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between us. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Waiver, assignment. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
