More advanced video models can cost more per render than image models, and image generations can cost more than a chat turn — the price shown before generation is the exact credit cost, so you always know what a run will spend before you click generate.
Yes. One-time top-up credit packs add extra credits to your shared wallet without changing your recurring plan. Top-up credits stay in your wallet as long as your account is active.
Failed tasks automatically return credits to your balance. You only spend credits on completed generations and model runs.
Yes. Upgrades take effect after checkout and add the new plan’s monthly credits to your wallet. Existing subscription credits keep their original expiry. Downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect at the next renewal, and annual cancellations keep access through the paid period.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you choose, and one-time top-up credit packs are charged as a single payment. Receipts and invoices are emailed to you automatically after every successful charge and renewal.
You can request a refund by contacting support. Refunds are calculated from actual usage and remaining balance: credits already spent on completed generations are not refunded, failed tasks automatically return credits, and any remaining paid balance is reviewed based on your account usage.
